Banana oat smoothie
If you have little time for a huge breakfast in the morning or are in a rush I recommend doing this super easy smoothie that will boost your energy and keep you full for hours. It also has a few calories and is full of protein and fiber.
Ingredients:
3 cups of plain yogurt
2 tablespoons of oats
1 banana
1/2 cup of water
Instructions:
Cut the banana in little pieces and mix all the ingredients in a blender....30 seconds after you will have a delicious and tasty smoothie !
